In a recent update, we shared that myMatrixx Clinical Account Executive Shanea McKinney has had multiple speaking proposals accepted to RIMS, the risk management society’s Professional Exchange of Risk Knowledge, or PERK, program. Well, we’re pleased to announce that two separate RIMS chapters have already selected the presentation, “Medical Marijuana’s Impact on Workers’ Comp” for upcoming events in March. Attendees of these events can expect an overview of medical marijuana from a clinical and legal perspective with a state-specific jurisdictional focus.
On March 10th, Shanea McKinney will be presenting to the Upstate New York Chapter, while Clinical Account Executive Alan Rook will deliver to the St. Louis Chapter on March 11th. The presentations should take approximately 60 to 90 minutes, with opportunities for questions and discussion afterwards with chapter members. We’ll keep you posted regarding any future myMatrixx educational speaking engagements for this and other programs as we become aware of them.
