myMatrixx President, Mike Cirillo, recently sat down with national charity Kids’ Chance of America (KCOA) to share his thoughts on the importance of their mission and the actions he and myMatrixx take to support it. myMatrixx is a national supporting partner of KCOA, an organization dedicated to helping the children of catastrophically injured workers achieve their educational goals. In the wide-ranging interview, Cirillo shares his experiences serving on the KCOA national fundraising committee and the advisory board as well as his ongoing efforts to ensure that myMatrixx stays personally involved in the Kids’ Chance Mission.
Cirillo also highlighted the efforts of myMatrixx Marketing Manager, Kat Romanowski-Wade, as a driving force for employee awareness in supporting KCOA. Through focused communication and recruiting, the myMatrixx team regularly participates in outreach activities and sponsors or promotes Kids’ Chance events, including the annual Kids’ Chance Awareness Week. Cirillo emphasized that the work he and the company do for KCOA is a natural extension of myMatrixx’s purpose to help injured workers and their families achieve better outcomes.
