MyMatrixx is pleased to announce that Adam Fowler has joined the team as Director of Regulatory Affairs. A recognized expert in the industry, Adam comes to MyMatrixx with more than 14 years of workers’ compensation, Auto/PIP, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience.

“The workers' compensation and PBM industries are heavily regulated spaces, and every state has its own set of rules,” states Viviana Brantley, MyMatrixx, Chief Operations Officer. “With Adam’s experience – and his uncanny ability to understand and explain it all – MyMatrixx is strengthening our efforts to not only monitor what’s happening in the industry but also to inform, educate and prepare our clients and advocate on their behalf,” she continued.

“Obviously, I know the strength of MyMatrixx in the workers’ comp industry, so I’m thrilled to be a part of this team,” states Fowler. “It’s obvious that MyMatrixx understands the importance of this work and they are committed to being out front and making a difference on public policy development,” he continued.

“Clients want to know and need to know what’s happening in terms of public policy changes in the states and at the federal level. These changes can impact business processes, overall costs, and the services provided to injured persons,” he continued.

As Director of Regulatory Affairs, Adam will lead the team as they engage with policy makers and regulatory agencies with the goal of achieving policies that benefit our clients and the injured persons they serve.

Before joining MyMatrixx, Adam was with Optum Workers’ Comp and Auto No Fault as their Manager of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs. He has been active in several industry organizations, including AAPAN, IAIABC, and SAWCA, and has served as speaker and panelist at various industry events.
