Danielle is the Vice President of Client Operations at MyMatrixx. In this role she leads our Account Management team and is responsible for developing strategies to enable the execution of client-specific action plans. With her 16+ years of experience in workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit management, Danielle uses her regulatory and claims operations expertise and her deep understanding of our program to not only craft effective, real-time solutions for our clients but also to build and support a team that is focused on client needs.
Prior to joining MyMatrixx, Danielle served eight years in the U.S. Army, specializing in large-scale logistical operations with several overseas tours. Her military background has instilled in her a focus, resilience, and strong work ethic, making her a dynamic and adaptable leader in the ever-evolving industry.
Danielle holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of North Florida. She now resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, four children, two cats, and a dog. In her free time, Danielle enjoys exploring the rich history and natural beauty of Richmond and is an avid reader.
